1) Initial Consultation

2) Data Analysis

We utilize available documents and various public sources, including forest registries, maps, and satellite images, to gain an initial understanding of your forest.

3) On-Site Inspection

By mutual agreement, we will send a specialist to inspect your forest property. During this visit, we assess the forest’s condition, timber volume, identify any damages, and note specific characteristics unique to your forest.

4) Forest Value Assessment

We compile and analyze all collected data, considering timber market prices, forest condition, accessibility, and other factors to determine the fair market value of your forest.
